Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with GT outlets, dealers, and B2B customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and grow active accounts (repeat orders & SKU expansion).
  • Acquire new outlets and corporate customers through prospecting and field visits.
  • Handle product presentations, negotiations, quotations, and commercial offers.
  • Manage sales administration (PO, invoice) and coordinate tax documents with finance.
  • Monitor stock availability, sell-in/sell-out, and ensure proper product display.
  • Execute sales programs and promotional activities.
  • Support order processing and handle customer complaints.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide market insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4 years experience in Sales / Account Executive / General Trade.
  • Experienced in handling GT outlets, dealers, and distribution channels.
  • Comfortable with new customer acquisition and fieldwork.
  • Experience in B2B / corporate sales is a plus.
  • Understand sales administration flow (quotation, PO, invoicing).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and target-oriented.
  • Able to use Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
  • Willing to work in the field; own vehicle preferred.
