- Maintain up to 330 sellers
- Analyze & monitor sellers operational performance
- Record and escalate issues of system & operations
- Conduct seller visit, with ability to do upselling -
- Execute ways to help grow SPX sellers orders
- Able to support seller needs during SBD and Campaigns (connecting necessary information for SPX operation needs)
- Bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years/more experience in managing clients
- Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin
- Fast learner, able to work under pressure in a fast paced company
- Highly organized & dependable
- High attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
