  • Maintain up to 330 sellers
  • Analyze & monitor sellers operational performance
  • Record and escalate issues of system & operations
  • Conduct seller visit, with ability to do upselling -
  • Execute ways to help grow SPX sellers orders
  • Able to support seller needs during SBD and Campaigns (connecting necessary information for SPX operation needs)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years/more experience in managing clients
  • Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin
  • Fast learner, able to work under pressure in a fast paced company
  • Highly organized & dependable
  • High attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point)
