Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and translate them into clear creative briefs for internal teams.
Prepare and present proposals, media plans, and pricing offers.
Manage project timelines, coordinate with internal divisions, and ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Provide regular project updates and ensure client satisfaction.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling with existing clients.
Handle project administration, including PO follow-up and payment coordination.
Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Marketing, Communication, Business, or Advertising).
Experience: 13 years of experience as an Account Executive, Client Service, or in B2B salespreferably in advertising, creative agency, media, or marketing services.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of basic advertising concepts, campaign workflow, creative briefing, media placement, and project coordination.
