About the role

This is a full-time, remote role for an Account Executive/Manager. We are seeking a dynamic Account Executive/Manager to join our team. This role focuses on client relationships and account management. You get opportunities to work with a team of experienced content writers and creators on a variety of projects, ranging from articles, videos, books to a full communications and social media campaign.

The ideal candidate should have very strong organisational and time-management skills. We are looking for an energetic team player who is also an adaptable and knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer, language and communication skills. Experience in the communications and content industry would be an advantage.

You will be part of a small but growing start-up team who are among the best in the business of journalism, content, and strategic communications.

What you'll be doing

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Oversee the execution of projects
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
  • Establish and manage processes, roles, responsibilities, and tools between the Agency and clients to ensure effective and efficient workflows
  • Manage commercial activities, such as developing accurate quotes, documenting commercial communications (including sign-offs and closures), invoicing and ensuring timely payments, updating finance trackers/tools, and assisting in profitability analysis

What we're looking for

  • Diploma/Degree in Media Studies or Business and Marketing, or other relevant skills
  • At least 3 years of work experience in project management and client management
  • Excellent time and resource management skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
