Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia, for a Account Executive Lead. The role involves leading and managing client accounts to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing creative strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, creating proposal presentations, managing advertising and marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize results. The Account Executive Lead will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams to generate innovative, impactful campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in Supervisory roles as Account Management / AE (agency preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage teams, balance workload, and maintain daily operational discipline.
  • Strong client-handling skills, able to manage escalations and protect retention.
  • Solid understanding of design basics; able to review briefs and perform QC before delivery.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and fast-response working style.
  • Strong process mindset, experienced with SOPs, workflows, and systemized operations.
  • High problem-solving speed; able to act immediately when issues or bottlenecks occur.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and consistent in execution.
