Job Description

SimpliDOTS is currently seeking a skilled and energetic Account Executive to join our Sales team.

The Account Executive will owns the full B2B sales cycle — from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to closing and account development. This role has a direct impact on SimpliDOTS revenue growth by converting qualified prospects into active pipeline and nurturing them into long-term clients.

The ideal candidate is a driven, consultative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages complexity without losing precision, and consistently delivers results. They bring strong interpersonal skills, disciplined pipeline management, and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder deals with confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting, discovery, and solution mapping, through negotiation and close.
  • Run structured consultative discovery calls that uncover client pain points and position SimpliDOTS as the right solution.
  • Build and maintain relationships across multiple decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
  • Develop and execute account strategies to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales process.
  • Stay current on FMCG distribution trends, competitor positioning, and client business dynamics to sharpen sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline records and activity tracking in CRM throughout the sales process.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience in SaaS, tech, or enterprise software sales is highly desirable.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, able to run structured discovery, identify root problems, and build solution-driven narratives.
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities, confident in cornering resistance and driving decisions toward close.
  • Excellent communication skills, clear, concise, and persuasive in both written and verbal interactions.
  • Deep understanding of the FMCG industry, including distribution dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Detail-oriented and disciplined in pipeline management, CRM hygiene, and follow-through.
  • Proficient in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
