Responsibilities:
*Daily Check-In*
Respond to client emails or message regarding work status, approvals, or feedback.
Follow up internally with internal creative team regarding current status for ongoing task including estimated timeline.
Review the day's client priorities and deadlines to be coordinated with internal team.
Attending internal coordination meeting or coordination with third party regarding work status and project progress.
Updating daily task or projects on the internal project management tools and internal tracker.
*Administration*
Organize and collect documents needed to complete administration process on SFDC such as quotation, SO/PO to Proof of Delivery.
Request and verify invoice to start billing process to client after the job done.
Coordinate with finance team on client's payment.
*Client Relationship Management*
Attending weekly or bi-weekly meeting with the client based on agreed schedule.
*Daily Supervision*
Supervising every content and daily task output to make sure client's note and requests are delivered.
Supervising the shooting production for video contents, including client's event coverage contents.
