职务描述:

Job Summary

This role is responsible for achieving sales targets by generating new revenue and growing existing accounts within an assigned territory through active client management, opportunity identification, and effective sales execution.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new potential clients to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Initiate contact via phone or email to gather initial information and schedule appointments.
  • Analyze customer needs and propose appropriate UPS services and solutions.
  • Prepare quotations and bids.
  • Focus on retaining and expanding business with existing clients within the portfolio.
  • Manage client relationships, including account maintenance, issue resolution, and sales activities.
  • Monitor sales performance through the preparation and updating of reports and internal systems.
  • Meeting and exceeding the given sales targets in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent – required
  • Meets local requirements to operate a vehicle
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A good problem solver, sales-oriented and highly motivated, with strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
  • Ability to communicate in Chinese (minimum HSK 3), both spoken and written — preferred
