We are a South Jakarta agency seeking a sharp, proactive Account Executive who understands creative production and knows how to build lasting client partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Prospect new clients, pitch agency capabilities, schedule weekly pitch meetings, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Uncover client objectives, translate briefs into clear project scopes, negotiate contracts, and manage budgets and schedules.
- Collaborate directly with strategic and creative teams to craft compelling proposals and campaign pitches.
- Track project financials, oversee execution timelines, and bridge communication between internal teams and clients from brief to launch.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within a digital agency, production house, or ATL agency framework.
- Direct exposure to selling or managing production house projects, ATL campaigns, or 3D services.
- Deep understanding of creative production workflows, agency processes, and client management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Confident, proactive, articulate, and professional presence in high stakes client meetings.
