We are seeking an Account Executive who will play a strategic role in managing client relationships, driving sales performance, and supporting the successful delivery of training programs. This position requires strong coordination skills, data-driven marketing insight, and hands-on experience in corporate training, events, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain strong and sustainable relationships with new and prospective clients.
- Manage and coordinate Training Program Organizers / Event Organizers (EO) to ensure program execution aligns with company standards.
- Implement Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) strategies in accordance with established Internal Guidelines (IK).
- Develop and execute marketing programs in collaboration with R&D and Digital Marketing teams, including budget planning and performance calculations.
- Conduct personal selling activities for both new customers in compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Organize, manage, and evaluate seminars, conferences, workshops, and other events in accordance with SOP.
- Execute Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities in line with Internal Guidelines.
- Prepare observation reports based on direct monitoring of training program implementation.
- Submit monthly sales performance reports to Director.
- Achieve targets for New Products & New Customers (In-House Training & Public Training) in line with annual quality objectives.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) meets or exceeds defined targets.
- Ensure lead time for proposal development is achieved according to performance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Management, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Account Executive, Sales, Business Development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales, corporate training programs, and event-based marketing.
- Proven ability to implement STP strategies and CRM systems effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports, sales projections, and performance calculations.
- Highly organized, target-oriented, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
