Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and acting as a trusted marketing consultant to deliver a positive client experience
Collaborate with the Account Manager to lead 360 marketing strategy discussions, aligning cross-channel initiatives with client objectives
Analyze campaign performance in collaboration with internal teams and prepare clear, insight-driven reports to support optimization and strategic recommendations
Act as a strategic and creative partner by bringing fresh ideas and relevant industry insights to help clients grow
Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges
Ensure campaign deliverables are executed on time and within scope, in close collaboration with internal teams
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and execution
Work closely with strategists, creatives, project, and performance teams in a collaborative, non-siloed environment
Requirements
Minimum 23 years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
Strong communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Ability to think strategically and analytically, translating data and insights into actionable recommendations
Proven experience in understanding client objectives and delivering tailored, solution-oriented approaches
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment
Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and attention to detail
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar platforms) is a plus
Good time management skills with a consistent focus on timely and high-quality delivery
