Develop concepts, design tech packs for all essential products in accordance with established standards that are in line with market trends and the brand's DNA (Riamiranda), based on the determined timeline.
Conduct R&D for essential products in accordance with global trends and study new materials, finishing techniques, and technologies (e.g., embroidery).
Coordinate with the purchasing team for the creation of designs and samples of essential products (after reviewing price and timeline).
Coordinate with vendors, the team sample, team operation, and team Commerce for the design alignment process until the design is ready for production.
Provide complete design presentations (PPM design, PPM sample) to external partners/vendors.
Ensure all fabric, hardware, accessories, labels, and logos, as well as consumption, are accurate and appropriate before passing the final sample.
Maintain consistency in naming, product codes, and technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Follow global trends, understand the RM market, and master technical processes and timelines for creating essential products (bags, etc.).
Able to create technical design drawings using AI/Procreate/PSD that are clear and can be interpreted by vendors.
Master basic fabric, size, hardware, and stitching finishing for bags, shoes, prayer sets, prayer mats, and scarves.
Understand the technical process of making brooches, bags, and shoes.
