Accessories Admin

Salary: Rp 4,500,000 to Rp 5,000,000 per month

King Trading has been manufacturing private label swimwear and activewear in Bali since 1993. We produce for brands across Australia, Europe and the United States. Our team is young, close-knit and proud of what leaves our factory.

Every garment we make needs the right trims, clips, labels and packaging. This role leads our accessories department and makes sure nothing holds up production. We are looking for someone proactive who takes pride in a well-organised, easy to navigate warehouse.

What you will be doing

• Coordinate with suppliers on orders and deliveries
• Monitor stock levels and reorder in good time
• Keep accessories organised, labelled and easy to find
• Maintain accurate stock records and clear systems
• Follow up with suppliers and internal teams on outstanding items

What we are looking for

• Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Able to use Excel or Google Sheets
• Confident managing stock and building simple systems
• Experience in admin, inventory, purchasing or warehouse work is a plus
