Academic Monitoring Services Officer (Academic Counselor)

Responsibilities

Responsible to implement effective Counseling Service, Individual Development, Consultancy and Student Organization implementation to obtain high quality students in Academic and Employability Skills in BINUS @Campus

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S2) in Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in academic counseling, student development, student affairs, or related areas.
• Strong counseling, communication, interpersonal, and student engagement skills.
• Able to monitor student academic progress and provide appropriate guidance, consultation, and individual development support.
• Experience in student activities/organizations, mentoring, or development programs is an advantage; proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
