As an Academic Advisor, you will be the frontline representative helping prospective students understand our learning programs and guiding them toward the best educational solution. This role is part of the Sales Division and focuses on digital communication only no fieldwork required.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up on incoming leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital platforms.
- Manage the entire sales process end-to-end until closing.
- Provide clear and persuasive consultation based on prospective students needs.
- Maintain and update the leads database with accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the Sales team.
- Collaborate with related teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.
- Uphold professionalism and maintain a positive brand image in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma/Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Good communication skills, confident and persuasive on calls or digital conversations.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
- Must own a smartphone and have a stable internet connection.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to grow.
