Your role as a leader

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or above in quantitative fields such as Data Science/Analytics, AI, Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields
- Experiences in IT Audit & Advisory or IT Audit / Risk Management / Compliance in other corporate companies (e.g., Financial Service, Telecommunication, Consumer Products) would be advantage.
- Hands-on experiences in using Data Analytic & Visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, etc) is a must.
- Analytical thinking, able to process and interpret business questions into technical data analysis for answers, and vice versa
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills
- Can work under pressure both independently and a part of team
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve, grow along with work experience, always coachable
- Can do and professional get it done attitudes, and fast moving
- Ability to come up with complex business analysis conclusion for communication with management is a very advanced requirement for year 0 or 2 delivery team member (analyst or even consultant) more fitting for Senior Consultant. But it is a plus.
- Understanding of audit concept, framework, regulatory stipulations, including its technical specifications, standards are quite rarity for analytics practitioners. Also a plus.
- Passing one or more CIA exams also a plus.
