Work you'll do:
- Will be actively involved in providing accounting advisory services for clients such as but not limited to:
- Finance transformation implementation support (e.g. financial report, chart of account, accounting posting rule, financial data model design)
- Finance process and control (e.g. SOP, diagnostic, advanced finance, post-merger integration)
- Accounting/finance data analytics & reconciliation (e.g. AI implementation support, reconciliation)
- PSAK/IFRS implementation
- Complex accounting and transaction analysis
- Financial statements and annual report preparation
- Will be involved in strategies project timelines, tracking progress, and ensure quality project delivery
- Will be involved in proposal development
- Responsible to coach junior staffs to assist in task delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in finance, accounting, management, management information system, data analytic, or engineering from reputable university with minimum current/cumulative GPA of 3.3
- Minimum 2 years (consultant) or 4 years (senior consultant) of working experience in advisory in a Consulting firm or Big 4 Accounting firm
- Basic accounting skills expected: understanding of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK), general accounting journal, financial statement reporting processes and analysis, management reporting, power query/SQL
- Preferably have knowledge on SAP S/4 HANA, Oracle FAH/GL, or other ERP/GL system
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Preferably have solid experiences in Finance transformation implementation support (e.g. financial report, chart of account, accounting posting rule, financial data model design, data reconciliation)
- Strong analytical skill, problem solving skill, and attention to detail
- Must be able to adapt to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-pressure working environment
- Ability to work closely with clients and have excellent oral and written communication skills with external parties (clients)
- Excellent oral and written communication skill in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Have a strong leadership and have advanced time management skill
- Possess strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team, including providing direction and support team members
- Must work effectively in a team and be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams in certain projects
- Willing to learn and has a high curiosity on new things
