3PL Vendor Management - Aftersales Logistics Department
CIBIS 9, TB Simatupang (with based in South Cikarang).
QUALIFICATION
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or another relevant discipline
- 3 - 5 years relevant experience in warehouse and transport operations, with direct involvement in managing and controlling 3PL service providers, and a proven track record of driving efficiency, service quality, and continuous improvement will be preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, demonstrating leadership in managing teams, overseeing vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) & Technology, Transportation & Distribution, Inventory Control & Accuracy, Reverse Logistics, Industry-Specific Regulatory Knowledge, Basic technical knowledge of trucks and buses, Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- KPI Monitoring & Reporting, Data Analytics, Cost Management & Analysis.
- Strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, Issue resolution, Effective collaboration across multiple organizational levels, Stakeholder management & negotiation skills.
- Vendor management, knowledge of EHS and security standards, and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems will be preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Performance monitoring & operational oversight:
- Lead and oversee all 3PL vendor operations within warehouse and parts delivery services, including strategy development and performance evaluation to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure all processes executed by 3PL partners comply with company policies and standards.
- Define, set, and drive vendor/partner operations, including work distribution and resource allocation.
- Deliver SLA alignment and manage dispute resolution between vendors/partners and customers.
- Relationship Management:
- Maintain clear, firm, and constructive communication channels with the 3PL provider to quickly address issues, such as shipping delays or damaged goods.
- Enforce EHS culture by establishing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with standards, procedures, and legal regulations within vendor/partner environments.
- Build a professional, performance-driven partnership by balancing collaboration with the courage to challenge non-compliance and underperformance.
- Integrity:
- Safeguard full compliance with Daimler Truck AG corporate policies, including Code of Conduct, AntiBribery Policy, and FCPA requirements.
- Uphold a no-compromise stance on safety, compliance, and ethical standards by taking action when deviations from agreed procedures or corporate requirements occur..
With main task (not limited to):
- Collaborate with 3PL warehouse vendors to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Collaborate with 3PL part delivery service vendors to consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure effective EHS implementation across all 3PL vendor
