About the Role
PT Exporio Global Teknologi, an Indonesia-based strategic partner of Henderson Design Group, is looking for a talented 3D Visualization & Rendering Specialist to join our team in Semarang.
Henderson Design Group is an international interior-design company specializing in high-end residential and hospitality projects. Through this partnership, Exporio supports Henderson Design Group by providing design visualization, technical development, project coordination, procurement, technology, and operational services from Indonesia.
The successful candidate will create high-quality, photorealistic interior renders and presentation visuals for international projects.
This is a visualization-focused position, not an Interior Designer role. You will work from approved layouts, design concepts, furniture selections, materials, and direction provided by the Interior Design team. Your responsibility will be to transform the approved design into accurate, polished, and visually compelling client presentations.
Our standard visualization software is 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render. Candidates must be proficient in these programs and able to work within our established production workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce photorealistic interior renders using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render.
- Translate approved interior-design concepts into accurate and compelling 3D visuals.
- Build interior scenes using floor plans, elevations, mood boards, furniture selections, and material specifications.
- Model furniture, cabinetry, architectural elements, and interior details when required.
- Create realistic materials, textures, lighting, and camera compositions.
- Prepare multiple render views and presentation-ready images for client review.
- Perform post-production and image enhancement using Adobe Photoshop or similar software.
- Work closely with Interior Designers and the Design Lead to ensure every render accurately represents the approved design.
- Complete revisions based on internal and client feedback.
- Assist in preparing and organizing visuals for client design presentations.
- Maintain organized 3D models, texture libraries, assets, and final render files.
- Consistently meet established quality standards and production deadlines.
- Identify missing information or design inconsistencies before beginning the final render.
Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render.
- Demonstrated experience producing photorealistic interior renders.
- Strong portfolio featuring residential, hospitality, or high-end interior visualization.
- Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, scale, composition, and camera placement.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or comparable post-production software.
- Ability to interpret floor plans, elevations, furniture specifications, mood boards, and material references.
- Good understanding of interior-design principles and terminology.
- Ability to accurately follow established design direction.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual quality.
- Ability to manage feedback, revisions, and multiple deadlines efficiently.
- Strong file-management and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Communication, or a related discipline is preferred but not required for candidates with an exceptional portfolio.
Important Role Clarification
This is not an Interior Designer position. The successful candidate will not be expected to independently develop the overall interior-design concept or make final design decisions.
The primary responsibility is to transform approved designs into high-quality renders and presentation visuals in collaboration with the Interior Design team.
