Job Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented 3D Visual Merchandising Designer to lead the design of immersive brand experiences across product, packaging, and retail environments. This high-level position plays a key role in shaping how customers perceive and interact with our brandboth online and offline.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop premium-quality 3D models for products, packaging, retail fixtures, and storytelling displays.
- Translate creative concepts into spatial retail experiences aligned with brand strategy.
- Lead design for seasonal window displays, customer journey planning, and thematic retail zones.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and store design teams to deliver cohesive brand environments.
- Design modular and interchangeable VM systems for efficient updates across retail channels.
- Develop lighting schemes that elevate product presentation and align with seasonal themes.
- Ensure all work reflects a deep understanding of brand aesthetics, consumer psychology, and spatial flow.
- Contribute to other design needs, including graphic design, brand identity (VI) design, product packaging, and e-commerce visuals.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in 3D design tools (Blender, Rhino, 3ds Max, SolidWorks, etc.) and familiar with visual merchandising principles.
- 35+ years of experience in retail or lifestyle brands (e.g., MINISO, Pop Mart, or similar).
- Strong background in spatial design, customer flow planning, VM systems, and fixture development.
- Deep understanding of brand storytelling through space, light, and product display.
- Able to lead end-to-end projects and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong communication skills and an eye for innovation and visual impact.
