3D Specialist (Yogyakarta Based)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing 3D event designs, layouts, stage concepts, booths, venues, and event environments.
• Create 3D visualization and rendering to support event concepts and client presentations.
• Support the development of event proposals, including creative concepts, mood boards, layouts, and visual presentations.
• Translate event concepts and client briefs into compelling visual designs.
• Assist the Creative team in preparing design materials for pitches, presentations, and event execution.
• Make design adjustments based on client feedback and project requirements.
• Support the preparation of technical and visual references for large-scale event projects.
• Stay updated on trends in event design, spatial design, experiential design, and creative visualization.
  

Qualifications:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Interior Design, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.
• Previous internship or project experience in large-scale events, MICE, exhibitions, or event production is highly preferred.
• Proficient in 3D design and rendering software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, or similar.
• Able to create event layouts, 3D visualizations, and presentation materials.
• Familiar with developing event proposals, mood boards, and creative concepts.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate ideas into strong visual concepts.
• Able to work under deadlines and handle multiple project requirements.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced event environment.
• Portfolio of 3D/event design projects is highly preferred.
