• Create 3D POSM designs and renders.
• Develop POSM concepts from briefs.
• Collaborate with creative production and account teams.
• Prepare technical drawings, DTP layout and FA.
• Develop designs and handle revisions quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
• Prepare design proposal in powepoint and canva.

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• Proficient in Blender, Adobe llustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient in English, good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong visualization skills with attention to detail.

• Skills and experience in developing motion graphics.
• Experience in POSM production, retail display, exhibition, or advertising agency.
• Understanding of raw materials and production processes.
• Strong portfolio showcasing realistic, high quality renders.
