3 Months Contract QA Manual (M)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Diploma can be considered).
• Basic knowledge of Software Testing or Quality Assurance (manual testing experience through coursework, internship, or projects is an advantage).
• Interest or exposure to Banking, Insurance, or Financial sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business requirements.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Web applications or LifeAsia is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand business requirements to assist in preparing test cases and test plans.
• Execute test scenarios, record results, and ensure issues are documented clearly.
• Collaborate with development teams to track and resolve defects.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating with business users and providing guidance.
• Continuously learn and apply best practices in software testing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
