Position Overview

Are you a 2024/2025 graduate passionate about shaping the future of AI and cloud solutions Tencent Cloud is looking for aspiring AI Product Solution Architects to join our international team and co-create intelligent solutions with enterprise clients across Southeast Asia. In this role, youll dive deep into Tencents AI tech stacks, translate complex client needs into tailored solution designs, and support end-to-end project lifecyclesfrom pre-sales analysis to final delivery. Beyond technical acumen, youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to building repeatable, scalable industry solutions. This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to real-world AI adoption at scale, making it ideal for graduates who combine sharp business instincts with strong technical foundations and multilingual capabilities.

Shortlisted applicants will have to be based in Shanghai or Shenzhen for a few years before transferred back to the origin country.

Responsibilities

• AI Solutions Design: Understand the AI capabilities and relevant tech stacks supported by Tencent Cloud AI, along with their product designs and use cases. Analyze overseas clients demands and workflows to design suitable AI solutions to meet client needs.
• Project Support and Delivery: Provide support for the full life cycle of commercial AI projects, including conducting feasibility analysis, competitor analysis, pre-sales consulting, project delivery, and after-sales support.
• Sales Support: Refine generalizable solutions and competitive advantages from industry best practices, and provide sales staff with practical documentation in line with global standards.

Requirements

• Min. Master&aposs degree graduating between 2024/2025 with majors in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Prior internship experience in cloud computing, big data, or AI technologies is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Proficient in Chinese Mandarin is an advantage.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical skills, and business awareness.
• Excellent communication skills, with a results-driven, proactive, adaptable, and confident mindset.
