Role Purpose
Senior Leadership position responsible for overseeing the financial operations of an organization. This role plays a critical part in the financial strategy and management of the company, ensuring the financial health, compliance, and sustainability of the business as well as shaping the company's financial strategy in providing financial leadership and guidance to other senior leadership in ALTO
Key Responsibility
Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to finance staff.
- Foster a culture of excellence through Operational Excellence Activities and continuous improvement in the finance division
Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for investors, shareholders, and financial analysts.
- Present financial performance and strategic plans to external stakeholders, including participation in other related events on financial need
- Working together with other division in ALTO to minimize bottleneck on finance related issues for projects / process
- Collaborate with other Division to ensure all cost optimization are well in place and ensure the process are align with ALTO's target
Operation Management
Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy to support its long-term goals and objectives.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the CEO and board of directors in ALTO not limited to Djarum Shareholders.
Financial Reporting and Compliance:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and audits.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations, standards, and legal requirements.
- Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures.
Mergers and Acquisitions:
- Collaborate with other BOD to evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships from a financial perspective as well as if needed to cooperate with Corporate Strategy Unit
- Lead due diligence processes and negotiate financial terms in such transactions.
- Assess the financial implications of growth strategies and expansion opportunities.
Treasury and Cash Management:
- Manage cash flow and liquidity, ensuring ALTO has the necessary funds for its operations and investments.
- Develop relationships with banks and financial institutions to optimize financial arrangements.
- Monitor and manage investments to maximize returns on surplus funds.
- Manage cash management strategy to optimize return on idle fund by assisting the arrangement of various money placements and investments.
Good Corporate Governance
Risk Management:
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through the development of risk management strategies.
- Implement financial controls and measures to safeguard the company's assets and interests.
- Assess and manage financial exposure to current economic and market fluctuations.
Cost Management:
- Implement strategies to control and reduce operational costs without compromising quality.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for major financial decisions and investments.

- Experience working in a Group environment is a plus
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Extensive experience in senior financial roles, with a proven track record of financial leadership.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
