If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoy being close to operations, and are comfortable managing HR end-to-end across multiple sites, we want to hear from you.

Industrial & Employee Relations — Resolve disciplinary cases and labor disputes; act as PIC for internal employee events (PEA, anniversary, umroh, etc.)
SHE Management — Ensure SHE programs run at all DC sites; coordinate findings, corrective actions, and safety culture
Stakeholder & CSR — Liaise with Disnaker, labor unions, and local government; execute CSR programs in the region
HR Admin Coordination — Keep all HR activities on track; prepare headcount, turnover, and recruitment reports for management
