Full-time | Bali preferred, remote within Indonesia considered

Bali hours (WITA, UTC+8)

Salary: IDR 18–25M gross/month plus employee benefits, with room to move for standout experience

Reporting line: Head of Marketing

About The Role

We're a consumer brand moving our email and SMS work in-house, and we need someone to run both channels end to end. Email already drives a meaningful share of our revenue. The goal now is to have one person who knows our products, customers and tone inside out, and who uses that knowledge to write better campaigns and keep customers coming back.

You'll work day to day with the Head of Marketing and our creative team, building and refining everything inside Klaviyo.

What You'll Be Doing

Planning the email and SMS calendar around launches, seasonal moments, brand stories and what customers actually need
Taking campaigns from idea to send: concept, copy, design brief, build, QA and scheduling
Reviewing and upgrading our automations, including welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, cross-sell and win-back
Tailoring messages for different groups: new prospects, first-time buyers, repeat customers, VIPs and lapsed subscribers
Growing a healthy list through better signup flows, strong deliverability, proper consent handling and clean suppression
Leading SMS strategy so it works alongside email and meets the rules in each market we sell to
Running tests and turning the numbers into clear next steps
Keeping close to product news, stock levels and customer feedback so every message is accurate and on brand

You'll be a good fit if you have

3+ years in ecommerce email marketing, with real hands-on time in Klaviyo
A track record running both campaigns and automated flows for a consumer brand
Strong written English and the ability to match a distinct brand voice
Practical SMS experience
Solid knowledge of segmentation, lifecycle marketing, testing, deliverability and retention metrics
The ability to explain results plainly, including where platform-reported revenue falls short
Sharp attention to detail and a dependable QA process
A self-starting approach: you spot what's worth doing, suggest priorities and see things through
Full-time availability and steady overlap with Bali working hours

A plus if you've

Worked with fashion, lifestyle or other visually led brands
Helped move a channel from an agency to an in-house team

How We Work

You'll partner with graphic and email designers as we grow that side of the team. Your focus is the messaging, briefs, execution and results, so advanced design skills aren't required.

We don't have a permanent office yet. We lean toward Bali-based candidates because we value working closely and being near the product, but we're open to strong people elsewhere in Indonesia who can keep Bali hours. Any future office or relocation plans will be agreed together during the hiring process.

Your first three months

Month 1: Wrap up the agency handover, get to know the brand and products, audit the account, set a performance baseline and propose priorities
Month 2: Run the calendar on your own, ship the most important flow fixes and set up a regular testing and reporting rhythm
Month 3: Show steady ownership, clear lessons from your tests and measurable progress toward the retention goals we set together
