Compensation Package

- Base Salary: IDR 6–9 Million/month

- Uncapped Performance Commission + Customer Review Bonus on top

- Sales Executives who follow our proven SOP workflow can take home IDR 30 Million/month (Base Salary + Commission) within 3 months

How the Commission Works

Commission is uncapped and scales with how much you own:

- 2% on every sale you close

- 3% when you own the deal end-to-end through to ordering

- IDR 250,000 for every positive customer review, up to IDR 750,000 per happy customer

No ceiling. Top closers earn beyond IDR 30M. Full earning breakdown shared at interview.

Why IDR 30M Is Realistic Here

You don't start from zero. We give you a proven sales SOP, qualified inbound leads, and a premium product customers already want. Follow the workflow, hit the basics consistently, and the numbers follow.
