About the role

The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive qualified traffic, leads, and conversions for OpenLot.com.au.

In this full-time remote role, you will manage paid search, paid social on Meta and Google and emerging channels, working alongside an established team of performance marketing specialists. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has already run paid campaigns at scale and wants ownership, not training.

We expect the right candidate to monitor campaign performance daily, conducting A/B tests, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, and preparing clear performance reports and insights for the team. If you have strong skills in meta advertising and google ads, have worked with property portals, marketplaces or in digital marketing agencies handling 50+ clients as any given time, then this role is right for you.

You will collaborate closely with the perfomance marketing team but also the sale, product, and content teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure consistent messaging across platforms.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience with major digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic display) in a senior position. Meta and Google ads will be your bread and butter.

Clear and effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks.
