About The Role

We are looking for a UX Researcher to help us understand both how customers interact with our products and why they behave the way they do.

You will work closely with Product, Business, Marketing, and Design teams to conduct research, identify user needs and product opportunities, and uncover the behavioral and psychological factors behind customer decisions. Your insights will help improve our products, customer experience, and business initiatives.

What You'll Do

Conduct product and customer research through interviews, surveys, observations, usability testing, concept testing, and field research.
Leverage UX measurement tools and quantitative data analytics to track, measure, and evaluate user behavioral patterns and product metrics.
Understand user needs, behaviors, motivations, attitudes, and decision-making, and identify pain points and opportunities across the customer journey.
Support Product teams in validating product ideas, understanding user problems, evaluating user experiences, and identifying opportunities for product improvement.
Apply psychological and psychometric methods to better understand customer characteristics, behavioral patterns, and decision-making.
Work closely with Product, Business, Marketing, Design, and Ground teams to translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of experience in UX Research, User Research, Behavioral Research, Consumer Insights, Psychology Research, or related fields.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Statistic, Sociology, Communication, Marketing, Market research or related field.
Experience conducting product/user research and strong understanding of human behavior and psychology.
Strong communication, curiosity, analytical thinking, and ability to turn research into actionable insights.
Familiarity with psychometric methods and behavioral research is preferred.
Comfortable conducting field research, interacting directly with customers, and working with ground teams.
