About the Role

As a Compliance Officer, you'll play an important role in ensuring that Flip's business and operations remain aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.

You'll monitor regulatory developments, assess their impact on the business, provide compliance advice to stakeholders, and support regulatory reporting, audits, and examinations. You'll also work closely with regulators and relevant industry associations, particularly in areas related to payment services and financial services.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has strong regulatory judgment, and is comfortable translating regulatory requirements into practical actions for the business.

What You'll Do

Monitor and interpret regulatory developments, particularly regulations and requirements issued by OJK, PPATK, BI and relevant industry associations.
Assess the potential impact of new or updated regulations on Flip's business, products, and operations.
Provide compliance advisory and practical guidance to internal stakeholders on regulatory requirements and compliance matters.
Prepare, review, and ensure timely submission of regulatory reports and other regulatory obligations.
Support the development and review of compliance policies, procedures, and internal guidelines in line with applicable regulations.
Coordinate and support regulatory audits, examinations, inquiries, and other requests from regulators.
Maintain communication and coordination with OJK, PPATK, BI and relevant industry associations as required.
Identify potential compliance issues and work with relevant stakeholders to assess risks and determine appropriate actions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory requirements are properly understood and implemented.
Maintain accurate compliance documentation, records, and evidence of regulatory implementation.
Support compliance-related projects, licensing matters, and other regulatory initiatives as needed.
Take ownership of compliance matters from identification through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and proper documentation.

What You'll Need

Relevant experience in Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Risk, or a similar function, preferably within a regulated financial services environment.
Good knowledge and practical exposure to regulations and regulatory requirements from OJK, PPATK, BI and relevant industry associations.
Familiarity with financial services and payment services regulations.
Experience in regulatory monitoring, interpretation, and reporting.
Ability to provide practical compliance advice and exercise sound compliance judgment when assessing regulatory requirements and business activities.
Experience supporting regulatory audits, examinations, inquiries, or licensing matters.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external regulators.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a high level of ownership.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple regulatory matters and deadlines.
Experience in the financing industry is a plus.
