Creative Lead — Apique Group

We are looking for a Creative Lead who can turn brand strategy into creative work that is clear, consistent, relevant, and built to perform.

You will lead the creative direction and execution across multiple brands within Apique Group — connecting strategy, content, design, video, campaigns, and commercial objectives into one strong creative system.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

1. Strategy-to-Creative Translation

Translate brand and business strategies from Brand Heads into clear, actionable creative briefs for designers, video teams, content creators, and other creative functions.

2. Creative Delivery & Prioritization

Own the end-to-end delivery of creative needs across brands, divisions, campaigns, and events — ensuring high-quality output is delivered on time and priorities are managed effectively.

3. Brand & Creative Consistency

Maintain consistency in visual identity, tone of voice, messaging, and overall creative direction based on each brand's positioning and guidelines.

4. Key Visual & Creative Direction

Develop and oversee Key Visuals, campaign concepts, event identities, and visual guidelines that can be consistently translated across different formats and touchpoints.

5. Full-Funnel Creative Alignment

Ensure TOFU content connects with MOFU and BOFU needs — including performance ads, retargeting creatives, campaign assets, and other conversion-oriented materials.

Creative should not only look good. It should help move the customer through the funnel.

6. Creative Trends & Innovation

Continuously research emerging content formats, creative trends, platforms, and consumer behavior — then identify what is worth adapting across Apique Group's brands.

7. Creative Asset Management

Build and maintain a structured creative asset system, including folder architecture, naming conventions, version control, and asset distribution — enabling multiple brands and teams to produce in parallel without chaos.

8. Creative Workflow & Team Advisory

Design and continuously improve creative workflows, briefing standards, review processes, and collaboration systems. Act as a creative advisor to help the team make stronger decisions and raise the overall quality bar.

9. Performance & Reporting

Track creative team performance, delivery, bottlenecks, and output quality. Provide regular reporting and recommendations to improve both creative effectiveness and team productivity.
