Relationship Manager (Client Success / Account Management) – Work with Gotrade's Prestige Clients

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Relationship Manager who is confident, personable, and thrives in a client-facing environment.

You'll work closely with Gotrade's Prestige clients, building relationships, maintaining regular communication, and helping them stay engaged and confident in their investing journey.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and influencing client behavior — while building deeper exposure to financial markets and investing.

Location: Full-time, on-site in Jakarta

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Gotrade's Prestige clients.
Proactively reach out to clients via WhatsApp, calls, and other channels.
Provide guidance and support to help clients navigate Gotrade's platform.
Encourage client engagement and activity through consistent communication.
Understand client needs and tailor interactions to improve satisfaction and retention.
Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and CX teams to improve user experience.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in CRM systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong communicator who is confident speaking with clients and building rapport.
Enjoys interacting with people and maintaining long-term relationships.
Professional, presentable, and comfortable in a client-facing role.
Experience in account management, customer success, banking, insurance, or advisory roles.
Able to explain financial concepts clearly (no need to be highly technical).
Commercially aware and comfortable encouraging client activity.
Organized, proactive, and reliable in follow-ups.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in client-facing roles (Account Manager, RM, Customer Success, Banking, Insurance).
Experience handling clients, targets, or relationship portfolios.
Familiarity with investment products (stocks, funds, or similar) is a plus.
Candidates from banks, insurance firms, or investment platforms are highly preferred.
Experience using CRM tools or client communication tools is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field preferred.
