Job Description:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reconciled on a timely basis.
Manage and maintain fixed asset records, including asset registration and depreciation.
Record and review journal entries with high accuracy, ensuring transactions are properly coded to the correct general ledger accounts.
Maintain detailed balance sheet account listings and perform periodic reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist in the monthly closing process and ensure all supporting schedules are properly documented.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Coordinate with internal or cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve closing timelines, streamline financial processes, and enhance reporting efficiency.
Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks and reporting as required by the Finance team or management.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
Experience in bank reconciliation and balance sheet reconciliation.
Familiar with fixed asset accounting, including asset registration and depreciation.
Good understanding of prepaid and accrual accounting entries.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (experience with Oracle or oth
