Shape the Financial Foundation of a New Hospitality Landmark

El Roy Pererenan, a premier luxury property in Pererenan, Canggu, Bali, is looking for a meticulous and strategic Chief Accountant to establish and oversee its financial structure and compliance under the Elevated by Danapati brand. As a key player in the pre-opening team, you will be responsible for ensuring financial stability, optimizing budget allocation, and maintaining regulatory compliance. If you're a detail-oriented finance expert with a passion for hospitality, we want you on board!

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control for both pre-opening and operational phases.
Oversee the implementation of PMS systems (VHP preferred) and accounting software.
Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
Monitor revenue streams, control operational expenses, and optimize cash flow.
Establish financial controls to enhance profitability and safeguard assets.
Collaborate with Danapati's corporate finance team and the Hotel Manager to ensure financial success.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of PMS systems (VHP preferred) and accounting software.
Expertise in pre-opening budgeting, cost control, and financial planning is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Fluent in English (Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred).
Placement: Pererenan, Canggu, Bali.
