What you will do

Organized, managed, and ensure product idea, request, and product communication to Sales team.
Monitor and ensure product set up and all marcom channels distributing promo communication both external and internal.
Maintain product evaluation by identifying both achievements and pain points of all sales performance from all products.
Game Changer for processes, approaches, and design of responsible product to achieve and over-deliver on targets.
Identify product gaps and pain points in customer journey and collaborate with other division to turn those gaps and pain points into commercial product.
Ensure the acceptance of product through review of training materials, design of marketing communications and visuals and accuracy of product.

We well come Talents with requirements:

At least 4 years working experience in product planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns within financing or banking industry.
Preferably has product knowledge around Lending product and business development mindset.
Ability to analyze and report/communicate results together with root cause analysis and development of enhancements/corrective actions,
Experienced and exposed with planning, pricing and forecasting products and sales campaigns and analysis of effectiveness/ROI for campaigns,
Good presentation and communication skill in English both written and verbal,
A Self-driven to get sourced and find opportunities and customer oriented,
Comfortable to work in agile, dynamic, and high demand environment.
Has exposure within Business Development and end-to-end Product Development activities within Lending or P2P environment would be a good advantage.

Lending Product Asst. Manager
