Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models into production environments.
Continuously monitor model performance and implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation metrics.
Document methodologies and processes to support knowledge sharing and future development.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in model development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
Experience with model fine-tuning techniques, including instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
Strong understanding of natural language processing concepts and transformer architectures.
Ability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for model training and evaluation.
Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in AI development such as Python.
Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and techniques for language models.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
