Role Description The Group Head of People Operations will lead the end-to-end people function for Orson Indonesia, overseeing HR strategy, policies, and processes across multiple manufacturing sites. This role will manage workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement to support business growth and operational excellence. Daily responsibilities include guiding HR teams, ensuring compliance with labor and employment regulations, resolving employee relations issues, and implementing initiatives that strengthen culture, retention, and leadership development. The role will collaborate closely with senior management to align people strategies with organizational goals, optimize HR systems and procedures, and support change management and organizational development. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Marunda, Tj Priok, Jakarta Utara.

This role will lead HR, GA, IT and HSE. Therefore this role needs to have prior experience here.

Qualifications

Solid knowledge of Labor and Employment Law and HR Policies, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance and updating policy frameworks.
Expertise in Employee Relations, including handling grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Experience in workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.
Ability to design and implement people strategies that support business objectives and continuous improvement.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior management and cross-functional teams.
Comfort working on-site in a multi-plant manufacturing setting and partnering closely with operations and production leaders.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.
Fluency in English and Indonesian, with strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
