About the Role

The Senior Sales Representative (Packaging & Material Machinery) is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with major packaging and material manufacturing customers in Indonesia. The role is focused on driving sales growth and explore new business development opportunities, strengthening customer satisfaction, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver both commercial and technical solutions tailored to each customer's needs.

Responsibilities

Key Account Management & Business Development - Manage and grow key accounts within the packaging and materials industry by developing strategic customer relationships, driving long-term revenue growth, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure successful project execution while identifying new business opportunities through market and customer insights.
Direct Sales & Opportunity Development - Drive sales of packaging and materials process technologies by developing customer relationships, identifying high-potential opportunities, and delivering tailored technical and commercial solutions, and lead the sales cycle process on technical and commercial.
Sales Planning & Reporting - Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline planning to support effective sales performance management and target achievement.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in the role of B2B sales preferably within the plastic processing, extrusion or plastic machinery industry, having existing business network is a plus
Experience in selling industrial machinery or raw material to blown film industry
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent

Required Skills

Solid understanding of packaging and materials production processes and machinery, material handling systems, HDPE. LDPE and LLDPE applications, and its supply chain
Demonstrate strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales target in B2B sales environment
Able to manage and close sales pipeline and deals and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
A solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients optimize their operations with advanced technology
Excellent proficiency in written and verbal English
Digitally savvy and proficient in MS Office applications and other relevant applications
Capable of identifying customer requirements and translating them into practical solutions
Readiness to travel frequently locally and within Indonesia
