Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership across the finance, accounting, and tax functions to ensure robust financial governance, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency.
Oversee financial reporting and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Lead financial planning activities including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
Manage treasury matters including cash flow management, funding strategies, and relationships with banking partners.
Provide strategic financial insights to support executive decision-making, business growth, and investment initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, and tax, including leadership experience in senior finance roles.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, treasury management, and financial planning.
Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
Strong leadership capability, strategic mindset, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
