Job description:

Planning the development for Beauty Promotors to have the skillsets in doing promotional activities
Maintaining the relationship with stakeholders (KOL, MUA, organizations, local government)
Doing in-store activities in collaboration with Activation team
Planning and executing the promotional activities with Beauty Promotors
Develop and arrange activation and demand creation programs that are specific to brand strategies
Collaborate with cross-divisional team within and outside of Commercial Directorate for any activation and demand creation activities
Bridge field teams with other functions in Head Office (Brand Channel, Marketing, Public Relation, etc)
Monitor and evaluate every demand creation activities performed in DC and areas
Innovate on activation & demand creation ideas for designated brands
Develop guidelines of program implementation in Distribution Center (DC)
Assist DC and area team on executing demand creation program

Requirement:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in activation management, brand activation, or digital activation
Ability to develop creative concepts and implementation guidelines
Strong cross-functional coordination and communication skills with area/field teams
Basic analytical skills to assess program effectiveness and develop recommendations
Strong presentation and reporting skills
Willing to be placed in the Kalimantan region (e.g. Banjarmasin, Samarinda and other cities across Kalimantan).
