Job Description:

Perform daily accounting tasks related to financial control functions, including monitoring General Ledger (GL), identifying abnormal balances, balance sheet reconciliation, and other related activities.
Understand and execute the month-end closing process within the specified timeline at the beginning of each month.
Process and submit financial reports and PermataBank financial data to Regulatory Authorities and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
Conduct reconciliation processes for assigned GL accounts, prepare reports, analyze discrepancies, and follow up when necessary.
Coordinate with other units/departments in the reporting process.
Provide financial data requests, including preparing data for internal and external audits, as well as handling other ad-hoc assignments.
Maintain proper and well-organized administration of reports, accounting documents, and other related records.

Job Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Prior working experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) is preferred.
Fast learner with strong attention to detail, focus, and the ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
Proficient in handling large volumes of data using supporting applications, at minimum Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access/Query.
Preferably has a good understanding of accounting process flows, from recording transactions to financial reporting.
Demonstrates strong commitment to working in accordance with Accounting and Reporting standards
