The Role We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion across Indonesia's key verticals, including Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Telecommunications.

This is an account-acquisition position tailored for an established sales leader with an active network of senior decision-makers. You will be responsible for leveraging your industry connections to navigate complex enterprise environments, initiate executive discussions, and drive full-lifecycle deals for Cavos's suite of AI and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Enterprise Acquisition: Activate your professional network in Telco, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance + more to secure executive-level introductions, uncover high-value opportunities, and expand Cavos's market presence.
Execute End-to-End Sales Cycles: Lead complex B2B engagements from initial outreach through technical discovery, proof of concept (POC), commercial negotiation, and final contract execution.
Engage Key Stakeholders: Establish strong advisory relationships across C-level, IT, Operations, Contact Center, Collections, and Digital Transformation business units.
Pipeline & Revenue Management: Maintain a high-volume pipeline, deliver accurate revenue forecasts, and drive account growth through post-implementation expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Cavos's Solutions Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to tailor proposals, validate technical requirements, and ensure long-term client value.
Industry Representation: Position Cavos as an enterprise leader by participating in relevant industry forums, executive roundtables, and networking events.

Qualifications

Track Record: 4+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience selling complex SaaS, Cloud, AI, Contact Center, or Digital Transformation platforms.
Industry Expertise: Established relationships and a proven track record closing deals within the Indonesian Telecommunications, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
Executive Access: A verified network of senior decision-makers and C-suite leaders who trust your domain expertise.
Hunter Mindset: Self-motivated with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas in complex enterprise environments with typical deal cycles of 3–9 months.
Technical & Commercial Acumen: Skilled at managing technical evaluation processes (POCs, RFPs) and negotiating high-value commercial agreements.
Communication: Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
