We're looking for a Japanese Speaker to join our Operations team. In this role, you'll support a variety of operational and administrative processes, helping ensure day-to-day business activities, documentation, records, and coordination are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time. Key Responsibilities

Verify, process, and record business transactions and operational requests accurately and within agreed service levels
Maintain accurate records, reports, and supporting documentation while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and follow up on outstanding items with relevant stakeholders
Respond to internal and external enquiries professionally and within established turnaround times
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support daily business and operational activities
Perform data validation, record checking, and administrative tasks to ensure operational accuracy and compliance
Support ad hoc back-office activities and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
Contribute to achieving team productivity, quality, and service performance targets

Is this you

Have completed Bachelor degree in any major
Professional Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1–N4) is required
English proficiency of CEFR B2 or above
Willing to work on a rotating roster, including overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Willing to be based in BSD and/or Jakarta
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high volumes of work accurately
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Experience working in a BPO, shared services, or multinational environment
