Scope Of Work :

Manage end-to-end procurement, from vendor sourcing, RFQ, evaluation, negotiation, to vendor selection.
Ensure smooth purchasing and PO processes, including order and delivery monitoring.
Conduct vendor evaluation and performance monitoring based on price, quality, capacity, and delivery.
Build and maintain strategic vendor relationships to achieve competitive pricing and reliable supply.
Manage procurement documentation, reports, and cost analysis, including cost-saving initiatives.
Monitor vendor payments, credit limits, and payment terms.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, SOPs, budgets, and applicable regulations.
Coordinate with Project, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Engineering, and related departments to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements :

Minimum D3/Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Procurement.
Strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong vendor relationship management skills.
Willing to travel for business purposes.

Plus Point (optional) :

Basic Mandarin proficiency.
Experience in Solar PV EPC or the electrical industry.
Understanding of import and customs processes.
Familiar with ERP HashMicro.
