Job Purpose

Managing and developing an assigned portfolio of Out of Home Key Accounts and Growth Accounts to deliver sustainable revenue, gross margins, product penetration (NOO), customer retention, and long-term commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Pipeline Account Management: Build and monitor opportunity pipelines from identification through trial, negotiation, first order, and repeat order.
Sales Growth: Deliver revenue, volume, gross margin, and growth targets by account.
Customer Development: Identify opportunities for incremental volume, new SKUs, new applications, and higher share of wallet.
Relationship Management: Develop relationships with owners, procurement, chefs, F&B, operations, finance, and other relevant decision makers.
Product & Application Selling: Translate product features and application benefits into customer and commercial value.
Forecasting: Prepare customer-level forecasts and coordinate demand assumptions with Supply Chain.
Commercial Administration: Maintain accuracy of quotations, pricing, contracts, POs, claims, and customer documentation.
Market Intelligence: Capture competitor activity, pricing, menu trends, outlet expansion, and emerging customer needs.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and other internal resources to serve customers effectively.

Key KPIs

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree; preferably Business, Marketing, Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary, or related field.
2–4 years in Food Service, FMCG, food ingredients, HORECA distribution, B2B sales, or a relevant commercial role.
Account management; negotiation; sales planning; basic finance; pricing; forecasting; pipeline management
Product knowledge; application knowledge; basic OOH operations; ability to identify technical opportunities.
Willingness to visit customer sites, kitchens, central kitchens, distributor locations, and relevant commercial events.
