Job Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for freight forwarding services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Promote sea freight, air freight, customs clearance, trucking, and logistics solutions.
Prepare quotations and negotiate service agreements with customers.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and update customer records regularly.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain industry.
Good understanding of international freight forwarding processes (air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, and transportation).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Target-oriented and able to work independently.
Good networking and customer relationship management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good English communication skills are preferred.
