Responsibilities

1. Guide customers in establishing and maintaining enterprise cost databases using our software solutions.

2. Understand customers business processes and provide consulting services to optimize their cost management workflows.

3. Deliver product training, implementation guidance, and best practice recommendations.

4. Provide day-to-day customer support, including technical guidance, product Q&A, and issue resolution.

5. Work closely with customers to improve software adoption and long-term success.

6. Conduct business requirement analysis and translate customer needs into practical digital solutions.

7. Collaborate with Product, Sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience and identify product enhancement opportunities.

8. Stay up to date with industry trends, digital construction technologies, and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, or related construction

3. Solid understanding of construction estimating, BOQ, cost databases, and cost management processes.

4. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.

5. Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and consulting abilities.

6. Fast learner with a strong interest in digital transformation, software applications, AI, and emerging technologies.

7. Comfortable delivering customer training and consulting sessions.

8. Proficient in spoken and written English & Bahasa.
