Deliveree's Chief Commercial Officer for Indonesia is a high-ownership role in a fast-paced environment, built for highly accomplished senior leaders who have scaled businesses and led large, cross-functional teams.

As Chief Commercial Officer for Indonesia, you will lead the national commercial strategy and execution end-to-end, driving growth across both B2B enterprise and retail channels, delivering strong unit economics, and contributing to building a high-performing organization that operates with speed, discipline, and customer obsession. Moreover, you will lead a large team that spans across different departments including sales, marketing, product and technology, and work closely with regional leadership and cross-country teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Beyond commercial leadership, you will collaborate closely with operations to drive initiatives that directly support commercial outcomes — including new product launches, strategic partnerships, and geographic expansion. In many cases, you will take direct ownership of cross-functional efforts where commercial and operational priorities intersect, ensuring seamless execution from strategy through to market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Own Deliveree's country-wide commercial strategy, operating plan, and execution across related functions with clear goals and accountability.
Scale Deliveree's national business across B2B (enterprise, mid-market, small merchant) and retail sides through customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
Build Deliveree's market position through competitive strategy, pricing, account coverage, and go-to-market excellence.
Act as Deliveree's voice of the market and work with regional product team, other country leaders, and stakeholders to drive product and service enhancement.
Hire, coach, and develop our Indonesia leaders and teams.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Indonesia Bahasa fluency and strong professional English (written and verbal).
MBA from a recognized program is required for this position with a minimum of 5 years combined full-time career work experience before or after your MBA.
Strong undergraduate academic performance.
High accomplishment and overachievement in prior positions.
Proven track record leading sizable cross-functional teams and delivering results (growth, profitability, turnarounds, or scaling).
Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution; comfortable being close to details when necessary.
High proficiency with modern tools and software.
Highly analytical and metrics-driven.
Extraordinary work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
Experience in technology, marketplaces, logistics, e-commerce, or related sectors is a strong plus.
